​Founded in 2015 by Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin, Mesh has focused on four pillars: investment, incubation, research & development, and acceleration.

​​ByteTrade Lab, headquartered in Singapore, is backed by SIG Asia Investment, LLLP, an affiliate of Susquehanna International Group (“SIG”) and some other leading institutional investors including INCE Capital, BAI Capital, Sky9 Capital, BlueRun and PCG with a 50 Million USD A round financing in June 2022.

​​ByteTrade Lab is actively building a Web 3.0 Operating System called Terminus OS, built atop a network of decentralized personal servers controlled by private key, that aims to decentralize the application and protocol layer of the Internet and return data ownership to users.

​​ByteTrade Lab is also incubating and early stage investing in Web 3.0 projects that are building the decentralized version of Internet applications on Terminus OS.
